Nike Air Force 1 "Victorian King"
A client reached out to JGoods to have him create an extremely special pair of shoes for his wedding day. After some discussion, they decided to create a black on black themed shoe featuring "some type of antique pattern".
JGoods laid down a matte dark grey on the front toe and back heel of the classic Nike Air Force 1. He then took inspiration from a late 1800's Victorian wall pattern and meticulously hand painted the floral pattern over the dark gray with a glossy black. The shoes feature two different levels of gloss creating extra depth for the detailed pattern. No stencil was used for this (or any) JGoods design, every detail was created by hand.
The shoes are capped with custom tongue tags and will never be reproduced again. Photos by Corey Gaffer.
