MAGIC Recap

Today is the first day back in the office since we were out in Las Vegas at the MAGIC fashion trade show last week. Sorry for the lack of updates but things have been pretty crazy the last few weeks. For those of you who were unable to follow us on Twitter, I’ll give you a recap of the show.

This was our first appearance at MAGIC and based on the outcome, we’ll be headed back in February. Above is a picture of our booth and all we were showcasing at the show. We unveiled new packaging for the Sneaker Customization Kit and introduced a new product, The JGoods Sneaker Restoration kit. More on that later. We also previewed our Spring/Summer 2010 clothing line which we are currently working on the look-book for. Check back for updates on the look-book soon and see a few of the pieces previewed herein.

The inaugural line is split into three categories. The first, JGoods in the Street, features casual wear inspired by our passions: Music, and Sneakers. The second subgroup, The JGoods Crew, features a variety of higher end cut and sew pieces for those seeking a unique, nautical style. The final collection is an ode to the early 90’s tennis scene. JGoods Retro Court feature several high performance polos outfitted with some crazy designs. Look for some of these pieces to start dropping in a few months.

Our newest product we just unveiled at the show is the JGoods Sneaker Restoration kit. The kit includes a manual which has taken years of trial and error to create and all the materials necessary to bring your old shoes back to life. The kits are now available for sale in our online shop. Look for more information on the restoration kits as well as some before and after shots to come.

Paul Wall, who JGoods did some shoes for back in the day, stopped by the booth to hang out for a bit. Nice dude.

The JGoods Technicolor Dream Shoes blew minds. 28 colors of hand painted perfection. This is an exclusive preview of the unfinished masterpiece. Rumor has it that these shoes may be raffled off at February’s MAGIC show. Shhhhh.

Check out more pictures on Twitter.

Much love to Max from Phenom Global and Jordan for helpin us out in Vegas.

Stay tuned. Lots coming soon.
