Findhype.com is a site I noticed a while back that really caught my eye. I found out about it when I customized the “Pharrell Board Flips” somebody posted them on there. The thing I like about “Find Hype” is that it’s a community based, content sharing site (similar to Digg) that isn’t focused on telling you what’s creative and what isn’t. They feel it’s for the community to decide (unlike this blog where we tell you what you should decide). Plus, “Find Hype” associates itself with a lot of my interests. Check it out when you get a chance and vote for what you like.

From the their site:

How it works…
If you find something cool on the web you can submit it to Find Hype. Once submitted it will go into the “Upcoming Queue” where users can vote for it. If the story gets enough votes it will go to the front page. Ultimately the community will decide whether it is fresh or just plain wack.

How it strated…
Find Hype was created by a guy just like you… bored and looking for cool stuff on the internet. He was tired of going to site after site, blog after blog, just to find something interesting. He also didn’t like how a lot of these sites force fed a bunch of crap to their users. So he decided to create a place where the community actually creates the content. Thus, out of his messy room filled with empty energy drink cans, Find Hype was born.
