Disclaimer

Shipping

We ship to almost every country in every continent. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders to U.S. addresses will take 3-4 days to arrive (unless otherwise noted). International orders will take 4-6 days to arrive (unless otherwise noted). Tracking numbers will be provided for U.S. orders only. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Returns

We only accept returns on "JGoods Shoe Customization Kits". All returns must be requested within 3 days of the date the package was delivered. For a return, everything must be in the exact same form as delivered or your return will not be processed. Return packages sending back to JGoods Customs must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved. Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to JGoods Customs in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your paypal account in the amount the buyer paid for the item less standard shipping & handling fee.

JGoods Custom Sneakers

Upon being approved for your hand-painted custom sneakers, you will be sent a form with all details regarding the purchase of your custom shoes. You will then agree to this form (if you choose to) and the customization will begin.
